New Yarns, New Books, New Patterns

We have new yarns and books and patterns coming in almost daily for your holiday gift giving, so if you're looking for something new and fun and different to knit or crochet or weave with this holiday season, come on in and check out some of the great new stuff that has come in recently. And spinners, we're not forgetting you - we're trying to get some goodies for you before the holidays as well......   We have limited quantities of several new bulky and super bulky yarns in for quick knit holiday gifts - from Brown Sheep Company, Tahki Stacy Charles and more - and some great colors of Cascade's super soft Baby Alpaca Chunky. And free patterns to go with them.       Have you seen our little Soysilk fiber stuffed critters? We have some bears, goats and bunny rabbits for you to add to your holiday shopping, and they are all made out of the same soysilk fiber found in our Tofutsie sock yarn.       And have you checked out our holiday knitting books - did you know that we have Knitivity, and 'Twas the Knits Before Christmas by Fiona Gable and several other holiday themed books on our shelves, including the marvelous new 100 Snowflakes to crochet?       We also have a full range of colors of a yarn that is new in the shop - Berroco Lustra - it's a worsted weight single ply wool and tencel blend that practically glows and is reasonably priced for larger projects - and feels wonderful. We've gotten it in so many colors that we don't have any place to put it yet, but there is a full box full of it on the sales floor and you are all welcome to check it out.       We have two great FREE patterns courtesy of Diane for knitted tree skirts made from Plymouth Holiday Lights - it's Encore with glitter and we carry it all 5 colors. Both designs are on display in the shop on our trees so come on in and check them out.       And speaking of holiday yarn, Wisdom North Pole Sock Yarn is back in stock in ALL the colors, and Nazli Gelin Garden Metallic Crochet cotton will be in by mid-week - Universal sent the wrong cotton in our last shipment, so the replacement box is on the way.   Finger Knitting Class originally scheduled for Wednesday December 12th has been cancelled. If you are interested in this class, please email the shop and let me know and we'll see about rescheduling it.
