Cascade Yarn Tasting Grand Prize $330.00 Eco Alpaca Afghan Kit And this is in addition to the half dozen or so kits we'll be giving away during each of the tastings and the free patterns and the mini-kit we have for each of you. I've extended the deadline to September 27th because I just found out about this fantastic prize and wanted to make sure those of you who hadn't quite decided to join us can still get in on this. There are some open spaces in both the Saturday and Sunday sessions, so come in to the shop and sign up. Registrants who do not actually attend the tasting can pick up their mini-kits and free patterns after the event but are not eligible for the prizes . Spiderweb Pocket Flyer Class for Crocheters: Diane offered her quadwing version of this class back in the spring - this one is for you Halloween buffs. Diane is offering this workshop on Wednesday October 10th, from 5 to 8pm. Click Here for the flyer. I think I'm going to have to make one in pumpkin orange...... If you get off from work at 5pm and want to take the class, please let us know and Diane will coordinate with you to make sure you don't miss anything. Mittens and Gloves: Diane is going to offer a mittens and gloves class on MWF October 22 / 24 / 26 from 530 to 730. There are only a few slots left. The registration fee is $65.00; if we get enough demand, Diane may open up another session of it. The class will do both mittens and gloves, with the selected project depending on the skill level of the registrant.
